Role: Lead UI Designer
Responsibilities: Set the visual style and direction of the UI/UX, Define UI/UX Process and develop UI pipeline tools, Mentor and manage 2 Senior Designers, providing guidance and detailed style guides to ensure consistency and quality, Partner with other disciplines (Production, Product, Game Design Engineering) to set sprint goals and determine scope, develop features that drive revenue and retention, and ensure UI is properly implemented and optimized, Green-lighting, pre-pro, live-ops and content/feature releases
